We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Subscriptions purchased through the website (including but not limited to maintenance packages such as our Premium Support & Monthly Maintenance Package – Diamond Plan) will be charged monthly on the same day of each month, or if not possible then the first day of the next month. For example, if you were billed for a subscription on January 31st, since February does not have 31 days, you will be charged on March 1. Subsequent months will be charged on this new date (i.e. the 1st).
For cancellations of any subscriptions, you must email hello@thefreewebsiteguys.com requesting a cancellation prior to your billing date or else the subsequent month will be charged. Cancellations done at any time during the first billing cycle of any introductory offer (for example, a $1-for-a-month offer or any other offer involving a discount code) will result in any development hours that are included as part of the package to be nullified and you will not be able to redeem them. Once you have paid for any subscription at the normal monthly rate (i.e. a non-introductory rate), cancellation of the subscription will lead to a cessation of all services only at the end of the billing period; any accumulated development hours will also expire at the end of this period.
Development hours earned as part of any subscription package roll over for all active accounts for 6 months, at which point they expire. Development hours earned can be used towards website maintenance, page speed, on-page SEO, and changing and updating content only. They can also only be applied to the original website to which your subscription plan is linked.
Failure to pay for active subscriptions (for example, due to your payment card bouncing, etc.) will lead to the expiration of any accumulated development hours after 8 days from first payment attempt. In addition, accumulated development hours cannot be used if account is in arrears.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
